Who we are
Veltoryx Technologies (veltoryxtech.com) is run by Vivek Adarsh, an individual based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Veltoryx Technologies.
We decide how and why your personal data is used on this website. For any privacy question or request, email contact@veltoryxtech.com.
This policy also covers MediAtlas (mediatlas.veltoryxtech.com), a Veltoryx Technologies product. MediAtlas has no accounts or forms and doesn’t set cookies. When you visit it, the same hosting logs and cookie-free analytics described below apply, and messages about it come through our contact form.
What we collect
We only collect what we need. Here is everything:

We don’t ask for sensitive information. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or health information in your messages.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and, if you ask, to discuss or provide our services.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
We use contact form details because you chose to send them to us. We use technical data because we have a legitimate need to run a secure website.
We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never add you to a mailing list without asking.
Services we use
A few trusted providers process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, email forwarding, the Turnstile spam check and cookie-free web analytics.
- Resend: sends the emails created by the contact form.
- Google (Gmail): the inbox where we receive and answer messages.
These providers may store data outside India, for example in the United States. Each has its own privacy policy and security measures.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 2 years, then deleted. If your message leads to a project, we keep the related emails for as long as the project and any legal or tax requirements need.
- Technical data and logs: kept by our providers for their standard, limited periods.
- Analytics: stored only as anonymous totals.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update it;
- delete it;
- stop using it, if you previously agreed to its use.
Email contact@veltoryxtech.com with your request. We’ll reply within 30 days. These rights apply wherever you live, and they include your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to messages is limited to the founder. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
Children
This website isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before contacting us. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we’ll delete them.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when the way we handle data changes, for example when we add accounts or new features, and change the “Last updated” date above. For significant changes, we’ll add a clear notice on the website.
